📖 Biography
Filburt Shellbach is Rocko's neurotic, hypochondriac turtle friend in Rocko's Modern Life. Initially introduced as a recurring character with a string of odd jobs, Filburt eventually became one of Rocko and Heffer's closest friends. His extreme anxiety, weak stomach, intelligence, and tendency to expect the worst give him a distinctly nervous but lovable personality. Filburt later marries Dr. Paula Hutchison and becomes the father of four children.
