📖 Biography
Spunky is Rocko's loyal pet dog and one of the recurring characters in Rocko's Modern Life. He is cheerful, affectionate, and notoriously dim-witted, often eating things he should not and dragging Rocko into bizarre situations. Despite his troublesome habits, Spunky is deeply devoted to Rocko, who repeatedly goes out of his way to keep him safe. His strange behavior, including his obsession with a mop, makes him one of the show's most memorable comic characters.
