📖 Biography
Heffer Wolfe is Rocko's cheerful, food-loving best friend and one of the central characters in Rocko's Modern Life. Although he is a steer, Heffer was raised by a family of wolves who originally planned to eat him before deciding to adopt him as their son. His carefree attitude, enormous appetite, and tendency to stumble into ridiculous situations often contrast with Rocko's more cautious personality. Beneath his goofy behavior, Heffer is a loyal friend who genuinely loves spending time with the people around him.
