📖 Biography
Isshin Kurosaki is Ichigo Kurosaki's father and the lively head of the Kurosaki family, running a medical clinic in Karakura Town. Behind his goofy and energetic personality is a powerful past as Isshin Shiba, the former captain of Squad 10 in the Gotei 13. He gave up his Soul Reaper powers for years after sacrificing them to protect Masaki Kurosaki, Ichigo's mother. After regaining his abilities, Isshin becomes an important link between Ichigo's family and the hidden history of Soul Society.
