📖 Biography
Muscle Man, whose real name is Mitch Sorrenstein, is one of the park's loudest and most unpredictable groundskeepers in Regular Show. Known for his crude jokes, constant pranks, and famous “My Mom!” jokes, he often annoys his coworkers but is ultimately a loyal friend who cares about the people around him. Muscle Man initially clashes with Mordecai and Rigby, but the trio gradually becomes much closer as the series progresses. Beneath his goofy personality, he is surprisingly strong and resourceful, and his relationship with Starla eventually leads to marriage and a growing family.
