Rob Lucci is a highly skilled assassin and former CP9 agent who serves the World Government as a member of CP0. He first appeared undercover as a shipwright at the Galley-La Company before his true identity was revealed during the Water 7 Saga. Cold, ruthless, and intensely devoted to his own idea of justice, Lucci is one of the most dangerous combatants in Cipher Pol. His Leopard Zoan powers and mastery of the Six Powers make him a formidable opponent even among elite fighters.
