The Watcher, better known as Uatu, is a member of the ancient Watcher race tasked with observing the universe without interfering in its events. Assigned to monitor Earth for billions of years, he has witnessed countless pivotal moments in Marvel history. Although bound by a sacred oath of non-interference, Uatu has occasionally broken that vow to warn heroes such as the Fantastic Four when reality itself was at risk. His immense knowledge, cosmic perspective, and moral struggles have made him one of Marvel's most fascinating cosmic figures.
