📖 Biography
Lumiere is the charming and theatrical maître d' of the Beast's castle in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, transformed into an enchanted candelabra by the Enchantress's curse. Warm, confident, and quick-witted, he welcomes Belle and encourages the Beast to treat her with kindness rather than fear. Lumiere's optimism and romantic nature make him one of the castle's strongest supporters of Belle and Beast's relationship. Alongside Cogsworth and the other enchanted servants, he plays an important role in helping the curse eventually come to an end.
