📖 Biography

Lil DeVille is Phil DeVille's older twin sister and one of the central members of the Rugrats gang. Lil is adventurous, energetic, outspoken, and just as willing as her brother to get into messy situations involving bugs, worms, mud, and slime. Although the twins frequently argue, Lil is deeply loyal to Phil and always ready to join Tommy and the others on their adventures. As a preteen in All Grown Up!, she develops a strong talent for soccer while also becoming more interested in fashion and making her own choices.

• 01 Lil is two minutes older than her twin brother Phil, a fact she sometimes uses to win arguments with him.
• 02 Lil and Phil are fraternal twins, even though their similar appearance often makes other characters confuse them.
• 03 As a baby, Lil loved eating worms and bugs, which she and Phil sometimes jokingly called “chocolate spaghetti.”
