Angelica Pickles is the spoiled and outspoken three-year-old cousin of Tommy and Dil Pickles. She frequently bosses the babies around, tricks them with elaborate stories, and takes advantage of their inability to understand the adult world, but she also shows genuine affection for them beneath her bratty behavior. Angelica's sharp wit, confidence, imagination, and rivalry with Susie Carmichael make her one of the most distinctive characters in the Rugrats franchise. She later appears as a teenager in All Grown Up!, where her personality becomes more independent and socially ambitious.
