Winslow T. Oddfellow is a mischievous blue mouse who lives in a hole in CatDog's house and has a complicated friendship with the conjoined brothers. Winslow loves teasing and harassing Cat, often using sarcasm and clever tricks to get under his skin, while he generally gets along much better with Dog. Beneath his troublemaking personality, Winslow genuinely cares about CatDog and occasionally serves as their conscience and guide. His Brooklyn accent, sharp wit, and signature “Whatta you, nuts?” catchphrase make him one of CatDog's most recognizable recurring characters.
