Tenzin is the youngest child of Avatar Aang and Katara and the only one of their children to inherit airbending. As a master airbender, he dedicates his life to preserving the traditions and teachings of the Air Nomads while guiding the next generation. Tenzin becomes an important mentor to Korra and helps rebuild the Air Nomad legacy after the return of airbending. His patience, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility define him, even when family pressures make his role difficult.
