Momo is Aang's loyal winged lemur companion, discovered by the young Avatar at the ruins of the Southern Air Temple. He quickly becomes a beloved member of Team Avatar, accompanying them on their journey and often helping with scouting, distractions, and escapes. Momo is curious, playful, clever, and especially fond of fruit, while his agility and ability to fly make him surprisingly useful in dangerous situations. His friendship with Aang and his close bond with Appa give the group moments of warmth and comic relief throughout their adventures.
