📖 Biography
Madame Medusa is the ruthless main antagonist of Disney's The Rescuers, where her obsession with wealth drives her to kidnap the orphan Penny. A greedy pawnshop owner, she forces Penny to enter a dangerous pirate cave and retrieve the enormous Devil's Eye diamond, believing the child is the only one small enough to reach it. Her explosive temper, vanity, manipulation, and cruelty make her one of Disney's most memorable villains. She is ultimately defeated when Bernard, Bianca, Penny, and the swamp animals turn her own plans against her.
