Cindy Vortex is Jimmy Neutron’s intelligent, outspoken neighbor and longtime rival in Retroville. She is competitive, independent, athletic, and quick with a sarcastic remark, often challenging Jimmy when his inventions or plans go too far. Although the two frequently argue, Cindy gradually becomes one of Jimmy’s closest friends and eventually his girlfriend. Her combination of confidence, intelligence, and strong-willed personality makes her one of the franchise’s most prominent characters.
