Carl Wheezer is Jimmy Neutron’s loyal best friend and one of Retroville’s most memorable kids. He is nervous, gullible, and famously plagued by an enormous collection of allergies, but his gentle nature makes him an endearing member of Jimmy’s circle. Carl is also obsessed with llamas, a quirky trait that becomes a recurring joke throughout the franchise. Despite his insecurities, he regularly joins Jimmy and Sheen on their strange and dangerous adventures.
