Empowered by incredible cosmic abilities and closely associated with the Soul Gem and the Infinity Saga, Adam has repeatedly protected the universe from threats including Thanos and his own evil future self, the Magus. His philosophical outlook and constant struggle between destiny and free will make him one of Marvel's most unique characters.
