Abomination is the monstrous alter ego of Emil Blonsky, a former intelligence agent who deliberately exposed himself to gamma radiation in an attempt to surpass the Hulk. The transformation granted him incredible strength but permanently trapped him in his monstrous form. Driven by pride, envy, and a desire to prove his superiority, Abomination has become one of the Hulk's most relentless and dangerous foes. His immense power and durability have also brought him into conflict with the Avengers and other Marvel heroes.
