📖 Biography

Copper is a young hound who becomes Tod's closest friend in Disney's The Fox and the Hound. Raised by hunter Amos Slade and trained to track prey, Copper eventually finds himself caught between his duties as a hunting dog and his deep loyalty to Tod. Their friendship is tested as they grow older and are pushed into opposing roles, but Copper ultimately proves that his bond with his old friend matters more than the expectations placed upon him. His loyalty, courage, and strong sense of smell make him one of the story's most memorable characters.
