Skeeter Valentine is Doug Funnie's outgoing blue-skinned best friend and one of the most recognizable characters in Doug. He has lived in Bluffington for years and helps Doug adjust to his new surroundings after he moves to town. Fun-loving and sociable, Skeeter enjoys music, sports, skateboarding, comics, and spending time with his friends. Beneath his goofy personality, he is surprisingly intelligent and often provides Doug with encouragement and practical advice.
