Reptar is the beloved fictional dinosaur hero from the Rugrats universe and Tommy Pickles' favorite character. He is a gigantic green Tyrannosaurus-like kaiju who is portrayed as a heroic monster, often battling villains and protecting others in the movies and television shows watched by the Rugrats. Reptar is deliberately designed as a playful parody of Godzilla and has become one of the most recognizable fictional characters within the Rugrats world.
