Numbuh 2 (Hoagie Gilligan) is the inventive pilot and 2x4 Technology Officer of Sector V in Codename: Kids Next Door. He is known for his mechanical talent, love of flight, quick wit, and endless supply of jokes and puns. As one of the team's most technically skilled members, Hoagie designs and builds much of Sector V's unusual equipment while also joining his friends on dangerous missions. He is a loyal KND operative whose intelligence and creativity often prove just as useful as the team's weapons.
