Mr. Herriman is an elderly anthropomorphic rabbit imaginary friend created by Madame Foster when she was a child. He serves as the business manager of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and takes his responsibility for rules, order, and proper conduct extremely seriously. His rigid personality frequently puts him at odds with Bloo and Frankie, but beneath his stern exterior he is deeply loyal to Madame Foster and cares about the home. His formal manners, distinctive English accent, and old-fashioned appearance make him one of the show's most recognizable characters.
