📖 Biography
Colette Tatou is the toughest chef and only female cook in the kitchen at Gusteau’s restaurant. Years of working her way through the male-dominated world of haute cuisine have made her fiercely independent, disciplined, and confident in her abilities. She initially trains the inexperienced Linguini but gradually becomes his ally and romantic partner while discovering the truth about Remy’s remarkable cooking talent. Colette ultimately joins Linguini and Remy at their new Parisian bistro, La Ratatouille.
