Wanda Venus Fairywinkle-Cosma is a caring and responsible fairy godparent who helps guide Timmy Turner through the chaos caused by his wishes. She is the wife of Cosmo and the mother of Poof, making her an important member of the Fairy World family. Wanda is usually the voice of reason when Timmy or Cosmo is about to make a reckless decision, although her own magic can sometimes create trouble. Her intelligence, compassion, and devotion to her family make her one of the central figures in The Fairly OddParents.
