📖 Biography

Skinner is the ambitious head chef of Gusteau’s restaurant in Ratatouille, taking control after the death of the legendary Auguste Gusteau. A former sous-chef, he is more interested in turning Gusteau’s name into a profitable brand than preserving his mentor’s belief that anyone can cook. His suspicions about Remy and Linguini’s unusual partnership drive much of the film’s conflict. Despite his intimidating authority in the kitchen, Skinner’s greed and obsession with control ultimately lead to his downfall.
