Otto Rocket is the athletic, ambitious lead character of Nickelodeon's Rocket Power, living in Ocean Shores with his sister Reggie and their friends. He thrives on extreme sports and loves pushing himself to be the best, whether he's skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, or playing street hockey. Confident and charismatic, Otto can also be competitive and self-centered, often learning important lessons when his determination gets the better of him. His friendships and rivalry with other young athletes are at the heart of many of his adventures.
