Gossamer is a towering, shaggy red monster from the Looney Tunes universe who first appeared as a fearsome creature pursuing Bugs Bunny. Despite his frightening appearance, Gossamer is often portrayed as gentle, awkward, and surprisingly innocent beneath all that fur. His oversized shoes and wild red hair make him instantly recognizable, while his encounters with Bugs usually turn his intimidating image into comedy. Over the years, Gossamer has become one of the more memorable recurring characters in the Looney Tunes cast.
