Baymax is a gentle healthcare companion robot created by Tadashi Hamada to help people in need. After Tadashi's death, Baymax becomes Hiro Hamada's closest companion and joins him in transforming their friends into the high-tech superhero team Big Hero 6. His caring personality and dedication to helping others remain at the heart of everything he does, even when he is equipped for combat. Baymax combines advanced technology with an innocent, compassionate nature that makes him one of Disney's most distinctive heroes.
