Frozone, whose real name is Lucius Best, is a veteran superhero and the longtime best friend of Bob Parr, better known as Mr. Incredible. His ability to manipulate moisture and create ice makes him a powerful and highly mobile crime fighter. Even after superheroes are forced into hiding, Lucius keeps his old suit and gadgets ready for the day he is needed again. His quick wit, confidence, and loyalty make him one of the Parr family's most trusted allies.
